01Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Insight Scope ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information collected through our marketing website at officeagent.us (the "Site").

This policy covers the Site only. The Office Agent desktop application and the customer portal at portal.officeagent.us are separate products with their own data practices, and are not covered here. If you are a customer using those products and want to know how they handle your data, please contact us at contact@inscp.io.

02Information we collect

Information you give us directly

The Site has no sign-up form and no contact form. You only share information with us if you choose to reach out — by emailing contact@inscp.io, calling 213-290-4488, or booking a meeting through our scheduling link. In those cases we receive whatever you provide, typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

If you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects standard web analytics data about your visit:

• Pages you view, the order you view them in, and how long you stay
• The site or search engine that referred you
• Approximate geographic location derived from your IP address — city level, not precise location
• Device type, operating system, browser, and screen size
• Interactions such as scrolling, outbound link clicks, file downloads, and video engagement
• A randomly generated identifier that lets us recognise a returning browser

We do not collect your precise geolocation, and we do not ask for or process sensitive personal information such as government identifiers, financial account numbers, health data, or biometric data through this Site.

03Cookies and similar technologies

When you first visit the Site we show a consent banner. No analytics cookies are set until you choose "Accept All." Until then, and if you choose "Reject All" or "Customize", Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode that does not write cookies to your browser.

On our Get Started page we embed a setup video from YouTube. If you press play, YouTube (a Google service) may set its own cookies in your browser under Google's policies. The video does not play automatically, so no YouTube cookies are set unless you start it.

04How we use information

We use the information described above only to:

• Respond to your enquiries, calls, and meeting requests
• Understand which pages and content are useful, so we can improve the Site
• Measure aggregate traffic patterns, such as how many people visit and where they come from
• Keep the Site secure and diagnose technical problems
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use the information collected through this Site to build advertising profiles, and we do not run advertising or remarketing tags on it. Consent Mode on this Site keeps ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization permanently denied.

05How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers. Google, as our analytics provider, processes Site usage data on our behalf. Our email and scheduling providers process the messages you send us.
• Legal requirements. If we are required by law, subpoena, or court order, or need to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers. If Insight Scope is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction. We would notify you before your information became subject to a different privacy policy.

Because analytics cookies involve disclosing usage data to Google, this activity may be treated as "sharing" under California law even though no money changes hands. That is why we provide the opt-out described in section 07.

06Third-party services

The Site relies on these third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics 4 — website analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• YouTube — the embedded setup video on the Get Started page, played only at your request.
• Cal.com — the scheduling link used to book a call with our team.

Our footer also links to our profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. These are ordinary links — they set no cookies and send no data until you click through to those sites, at which point the relevant platform's own privacy policy applies.

07Your choices and controls

You can control analytics on this Site at any time:

• Change your cookie choice. Use the button below, or the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of any page, to reopen the consent banner. Choosing "Reject All" immediately turns analytics off and deletes the cookies already stored.
• Use browser controls. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings.
• Install Google's opt-out. The Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on blocks Google Analytics across every site you visit.
• Send a Global Privacy Control signal. See section 09.

08Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the following rights:

• Right to know. Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, where we got it, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to.
• Right to delete. Request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to correct. Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing. Direct us to stop sharing your personal information. Use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our footer, or the button in section 07.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information through this Site, so there is nothing to limit.
• Right to non-discrimination. We will never deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality experience for exercising any of these rights.

Categories we collect

In the twelve months before the effective date of this policy, the Site has collected the following CCPA categories: identifiers (IP address, a randomly generated analytics identifier, and — only if you contact us — your name, email, and phone number), and internet or other electronic network activity (pages viewed, referring site, browsing interactions). We collect these directly from you and from your browser. We disclose them to our analytics provider for the business purposes described in section 04. We have not sold personal information for monetary consideration.

How to exercise your rights

Email contact@inscp.io or call 213-290-4488. Please tell us which right you want to exercise and give us enough detail to locate your information. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, extending once by a further 45 days if necessary and telling you why.

We may need to verify your identity before acting, usually by matching information you give us against what we already hold. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you; we may still contact you directly to confirm.

09Global Privacy Control

This Site recognises and honours the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sharing: analytics stays switched off, no analytics cookies are written, and we do not show you the consent banner, because your browser has already answered it.

If you previously chose "Accept All" on this Site and later enable GPC, your earlier explicit choice remains in effect until you change it. You can withdraw it at any time using the footer link or the button in section 07.

10How long we keep information

• Analytics data. Retained by Google Analytics for no longer than 14 months, after which event-level data is deleted automatically. Aggregate reporting totals may persist longer in a form that cannot identify you.
• Emails, calls, and meeting requests. Kept for as long as needed to answer you and maintain a record of our business relationship, then deleted.
• Your consent choice. Stored in your own browser until you clear your browsing data. We never receive a copy.

11Security

The Site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to the information we hold to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, though, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as passwords or financial details by email.

12Children's privacy

The Site is a business-to-business marketing site and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email contact@inscp.io and we will delete it.

13Visitors outside the United States

We operate from the United States, and information collected through the Site is processed there. Privacy laws in the United States may differ from those where you live. Our consent banner applies to every visitor regardless of location, so analytics cookies are never set anywhere in the world without your agreement.

14Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we handle your personal information, we will make that clear on the Site. Please check back from time to time.
