Qinghao Dai is a technology veteran with nearly a decade of experience, including seven years at Cloudera, contributing to leading tech companies in Silicon Valley. His expertise spans big data systems, AI-driven infrastructure, and privacy and security at scale. He has a deep background in building and optimizing distributed data platforms, integrating open-source technologies, and applying advanced AI tools to improve system performance and reliability.
Recently, his work has centered on AI agents — exploring how intelligent, autonomous systems can tackle complex business challenges by enhancing decision making, streamlining data-sensitive workflows, and handling sensitive information securely and efficiently at scale.
Justin Houts
Co-founder & CFO
Justin brings a unique blend of leadership, business acumen, and entrepreneurial insight. A former Captain in the U.S. Army, he led high-performing teams in complex environments before earning his MBA and turning to business. Justin now applies that same discipline and drive in the startup world, helping early-stage companies build strong foundations, manage operations, forecast financial markets, and generate early income.
His focus is on turning bold ideas into practical business strategies that deliver real results.

Chris is a Sales Territory Manager with a strong background in entrepreneurship, outside sales, and client development. After building and running a successful fitness business for seven years, he transitioned into sales leadership, where his ability to connect with clients and drive performance quickly stood out.
Known for his people-first approach and strategic mindset, Chris has developed sales processes and KPI frameworks that help early-stage teams scale with purpose. He's passionate about building real relationships, delivering solutions that matter, and leading sales efforts that drive long-term growth.
